MMK “Macau”
By Benson Logronio
This July 24, 2010, ERIK SANTOS breathes life to the character of Clifford, a 28 year-old breadwinner who ventured on his ultimate dream of becoming a singer in Macau after his job contracts ended here in the Philippines.
In his adventures in Asia’s largest gambling destination, he had a budding singing career and even an affair with a foreigner. But all of these had to end because of their terminable contracts and VISAs. Afraid of being thrown back to the Philippines, he was forced to accept a housekeeping job. Along the journey, he met Shayne, an adventurous happy-go-lucky Filipina whose contract and VISA will expire soon.
Will his love affair with Shayne finally give him a taste of security and permanence?
…o pati ba pag-ibig ni Shayne may expiration?
